Voice Agents
AI agents that answer your customers by voice and on WhatsApp, in Darija, French or English
A Voice213 agent is an AI assistant that talks to your customers for you. It answers calls in a natural voice and replies on WhatsApp in writing or with voice notes. It always uses the one language you chose for it: Algerian, Tunisian, Moroccan or Libyan Darija, Modern Standard Arabic, French or English.
You give it instructions and your business's knowledge (prices, delivery, policies, products). It can also call your own systems mid-conversation, for example to look up an order or save a lead. Each conversation is recorded with a transcript, a summary and an outcome, and can be sent to your server as it happens.
Quick Start
Create an agent, teach it your business, test it and publish it, in fifteen minutes.
Web SDK
npm install @voice213/agent-client and build your own voice interface.
Where your agent answers
| Channel | How customers reach it | Set it up |
|---|---|---|
| Public page | A link, voice213.com/agent/<id>, that anyone can open to talk to the agent from their browser | Website & Public Page |
| Website widget | A button on your own site that opens a call, a chat or both: one <script> line, designed on Publish, or the <voice213-agent> element | Website & Public Page, Widget Element |
| Your own interface | Any web or mobile app you build, with the SDK | Web SDK |
| WhatsApp messages | Customers write or send voice notes to your WhatsApp Business number | |
| WhatsApp calls | Customers call that number, and the agent picks up |
One agent can answer on every channel at once, with the same instructions, knowledge and tools.
How a call works
The visitor presses the button
The browser asks for the microphone, and the page asks Voice213 for a single-use call ticket. Each ticket is valid for two minutes.
The agent picks up
The call connects over a secure WebSocket in a few seconds. The agent opens with its greeting, or waits for the caller if you set it to.
They talk, live
Speech streams both ways in real time. The caller can interrupt at any moment, and the agent stops and listens. When the agent needs a fact, it reads its knowledge base. When it needs to act, it calls one of your tools.
The call ends
The agent says goodbye and hangs up when the conversation is done, or the caller hangs up. Voice213 stores the transcript and writes a summary, the customer's sentiment and the outcome. A conversation.ended event then goes to your webhooks.
What makes up an agent
Language
Exactly one language per agent. The agent never switches mid-call, even if the caller does.
Instructions & greeting
Its role, its tone, the steps of a call, and the words it opens with. Eight templates get you started.
Voice & behavior
30 voices, how fast it answers, how easily it can be interrupted, and how long a call may last.
Knowledge base
PDFs, Word and Excel files, photos, web pages, notes and FAQs. The agent answers only from these.
Tools
HTTP requests to your own systems, with the values the agent collects in the conversation.
Webhooks
Signed events to your server: conversations started and ended, messages received, tools called.
Built for North Africa
- Darija that sounds local. Each dialect has its own vocabulary and pronunciation rules: ق as a hard g in Algeria and Libya, برشا in Tunis and دابا in Casablanca. French words come in where people really use them.
- Cash-on-delivery commerce. A template confirms orders by wilaya, address and quantity, and reassures customers who hesitate. Tools push confirmed orders to your store.
- WhatsApp first. The agent answers your number's messages and voice notes, and its calls too.
- Billed in dinars. Agents have their own plans, with call minutes and messages each month. See Plans & Limits.
