Reports whether the Voice213 API is up. Use it for uptime monitoring or a quick connectivity check. It's public: no API key needed, and it isn't billed or rate-limited.

It lives at the root of the API server, outside /api/v1:

If the request fails or times out, or answers anything but 200, treat the API as down.

It keeps answering 200 during maintenance, while the endpoints under /api/v1 answer 503 with the code MAINTENANCE. To catch maintenance too, also watch for that code. See Paused models and maintenance.
